Ontario's Ministry of Environment has released draft guidelines for mandatory reporting of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in the province to support the implementation of a cap and trade program. If adopted, this regulation would require certain Ontario facilities to begin data collection on January 1, 2010 and submit their first report on June 1, 2011. Read more
