  Answer : Yes.
Clause 14.7.2.5 and 14.7.2.6, System Pressure Testing
  Question : Where clauses 14.7.2.5 or 14.7.2.6 permit an operational pressure test to be performed, in lieu of the system pressure test for Class 1, 1C, 2, 2C, 3, 3C, or 4 pressure boundary items, is it permitted to apply the exemptions under Clause 14.7.3.2?
  Answer : No. If an operational pressure test is to be performed, in lieu the system pressure test in accordance with clauses 14.7.2.5 or 14.7.2.6, it is not permitted to use the exemptions under Clause 14.7.3.2. The exemptions from the system pressure test specified in Clauses 14.7.2.1 and 14.7.2.2 are applied to Class 1, 1C, 2, 2C, 3, 3C, or 4 pressure boundary items.
