OnSpeX is a provider of global product performance evaluation services for the consumer product and retail markets with expertise in product design consulting, product specifications, product evaluation, inspection and data analytics.

OnSpeX provides a range of evaluation, inspection and advisory services specifically designed to help accelerate supply chains, increase product sales, build customer satisfaction and lower product return rates.

The OnSpeX portfolio of services includes:

• Product Design Consulting to assist during the developmental stage of a product to determine what relevant safety standards, regulations and codes may be applicable and to evaluate compliance-critical factors while still within the design stage.
• Product Specifications, providing detailed written specifications for existing products based on materials, physical characteristics, features, packaging attributes and safety and regulatory requirements.
• Product Evaluation, offering a wide variety of capabilities to evaluate products against performance standards, regulations and product evaluation protocols. OnSpeX evaluates products for performance and capability in real life applications, including environmental conditions, life cycle durability and physical attributes.
• Inspection and Audit services to evaluate products at the manufacturing facility, post-shipping locations or at a client site. OnSpeX offers facility inspections and social accountability audits to help a client choose a source that best suits their specific needs.
• Data Analytics. Working with retailers and manufacturers, OnSpeX collects, analyses and manages evaluation results, factory audit and inspection results, return-to-vendor information, product incident data and product recalls
