Consumer Representatives

Consumer Representatives are part of a network of consumer volunteers who provide input to our standards development activities at CSA. Our consumer representative participation ensures that standards reflect the needs of consumers and the end users of products and services.

Roughly one-third of these volunteers work directly on standards development committees. Others provide input via surveys, fora, and other outreach activities.
