All registration forms must be received by May 25, 2012. Fees include business sessions, materials, social events and meal functions as outlined in the program. Optional events are NOT included in the registration fee.

CSA Members
- As in previous years, CSA Members may attend the conference at no charge.
Non-Members
- Registration for Non-members is $ 695 + HST.
- Take advantage of our early bird special: Register before May 11 and receive $ 100 off the regular rate! That means you get the full conference program for only $ 595 + HST!
Companions
- Companion program is $ 450 + HST ($100 lower than in 2011).
New Categories
- Colleagues of CSA Members - $ 450 + HST.
- Other Association Members - $ 450 + HST.
- Students and young professionals (18-25 years of age) - $ 99 + HST.
Tight on Time?
- Take advantage of our special one-day rate for Monday, June 11. Hear keynote speaker, David Foot, participate in the four "10/10 Talks", enjoy lunch, and then join the afternoon education program as we delve into consumer product safety. All for only $ 250 + HST.
- If you would like to stay for the evening, tickets for our gala Member Appreciation Night can be purchased under "Extra Tickets" for $ 150 each.
Cancellation Policy
Substitutions can be made up until the date of the conference. A full refund will be given upon receipt of written cancellation up until May 31, 2012, after which time a 50% cancellation fee will apply. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after June 4, 2012.
