Café Connect
A place for casual meetings, coffee, and internet access, Café Connect is available for attendees in the convention centre from 7:00 am - 5:00 pm daily on Monday, June 17 and Tuesday, June 18.
Hotel Internet
Wireless high speed Internet has been negotiated on your behalf and is available at no charge in all guestrooms within the Calgary Marriott Downtown.
Business Centre
The business centre at the Marriott is located in the main lobby and is available 24 hours a day with your room key. You can print your airline boarding pass here.
The business centre at the Calgary Telus Convention Centre is open Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, and offers full business service amenities.
Conference Dress
We want our delegates to be comfortable, so dress is casual for conference sessions and tours. Business casual is recommended for the Welcome Mix & Mingle on Sunday evening, and western wear in keeping with our theme of "Denim & Diamonds" is encouraged for Member Appreciation Night on Monday.
Weather
Calgary is the sunniest city in Canada so be sure to pack your sunglasses! However, the weather changes fast from day to day and hour to hour, so come prepared for anything. Evenings are cool, but pleasant, and a light sweater or coat will come in handy. The days are long - by late June the sun doesn't set until nearly 10:00 pm.
